1. Independent service
Louvre Tickets is an independent online ticketing service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the Musée du Louvre or the French Ministry of Culture. We act as a reseller, securing entry tickets on your behalf and providing a booking and customer-support layer on top of them.
2. Service and price
The price displayed at checkout includes the museum admission and our service fee for booking, processing and support. The total amount is shown clearly before payment. No additional fees are added afterwards.
3. Booking
You are responsible for providing accurate first name, last name, email, phone and address. Tickets are delivered by email after successful payment, usually within a few minutes. If you do not receive your ticket within 1 hour, contact support@louvre-tickets.com.
4. Use of the ticket
Each ticket is valid for the date and time slot selected at booking. Entry is granted subject to the museum's own rules (security checks, ID for reduced fares, behaviour inside the galleries). The museum may refuse entry independently of us.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions are described on our Refund Policy page, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Liability
We are liable only for the proper booking and delivery of the ticket and for our customer support. We are not liable for events outside our control, including museum closures, strikes, weather, or third-party transport delays. Our maximum liability is limited to the price you paid for the ticket.
7. Intellectual property
Photographs of artworks and the museum used on this website are illustrative and remain the property of their respective rights holders. The "Louvre" name and logo are property of the Musée du Louvre and are used here in a purely descriptive sense.
8. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules grant you a different jurisdiction.
