Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by the customer

  • More than 7 days before the visit date: full refund of the ticket price, our service fee is non-refundable.
  • Between 48 hours and 7 days before: 50% refund of the ticket price.
  • Less than 48 hours before, or after the visit date: no refund.

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(l)), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to dated leisure-service contracts such as museum tickets. Our voluntary cancellation policy above applies instead.

2. Refunds at our initiative

If we are unable to deliver a valid ticket for any reason on our side, you receive a full refund (ticket + service fee), with no further action required from you.

3. Museum closures and force majeure

If the Louvre Museum is closed on the date of your visit (strike, security event, exceptional closure), we offer a free date change or a full refund of the ticket price. The service fee remains due in case of force majeure.

4. Wrong date or details

If you booked the wrong date or made a mistake in your details, contact support@louvre-tickets.com as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur a small handling fee.

5. How to request a refund

Send an email to support@louvre-tickets.com from the address used for the order, including your order number. Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
